The anatomically correctly shaped mouthpiece rests evenly and lightly on the tongue and bars and offers the tongue more space and freedom of movement. When the reins are taken, even pressure is exerted on the lower jaw and tongue. There is no lateral squeezing of the tongue and bars. The use of bit washers makes it impossible to pinch the lips. The comfort bar lies particularly quietly in the mouth due to its slightly curved shape. Mouthpieces with a slightly curved bar are considered to be particularly gentle and easy on the mouth. This feature, combined with our beris plastic, enables horse and rider to communicate even more gently and comfortably. Identical in shape to the comfort bar, only the thickness of the mouthpiece is much smaller at 15mm. This makes the mouthpiece an ideal bit for ponies or horses that have very little space in their mouth. The Pelham - a classic with a more elegant design refined by us. When the reins are taken, the bit acts on the mouth, lower jaw and poll. Depending on the length of the levers (5 cm or 7.5 cm), the bit can be angled directly in the mouth to varying degrees. Possible use with horses that have difficulty going through the poll, with "hot" horses or with horses that require a clear influence in critical situations (biting, etc.). The Pelham is supplied with a chin chain hook.
